Terms of Service

1. Overview

Dynasty Helper ("the Service") is a web application that helps you manage your dynasty fantasy football leagues on Sleeper. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Account & Authentication

You log in using your Sleeper account credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Sleeper account. Dynasty Helper never stores your Sleeper password — authentication is handled directly through Sleeper's API.

3. Free & Pro Tiers

The Service offers a free tier with usage limits and a Pro subscription ($5/month) with unlimited access. Free-tier limits reset daily/monthly.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $5.00 USD via Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime through the "Manage Subscription" option in your account menu, which opens the Stripe customer portal.
• Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

If you're unsatisfied with Pro, contact us within 7 days of your payment and we'll issue a full refund. After 7 days, we may offer a prorated refund at our discretion. Contact support@dynastyhelper.com for refund requests.

6. Sleeper API Usage

The Service interacts with your Sleeper account to read league data and execute actions (trades, lineup changes, waiver claims) on your behalf. You authorize these actions when you use the Service. Dynasty Helper is not affiliated with or endorsed by Sleeper.

7. No Guarantees

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of trade values, or that actions will execute successfully on Sleeper.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass or spam other Sleeper users
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's APIs

9. Limitation of Liability

Dynasty Helper is not responsible for any trades, lineup decisions, or waiver claims made through the Service. You are solely responsible for all actions taken in your Sleeper leagues.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the site.
